VIRTUAL Teaching Training Program

👩‍🏫 Virtual Staff Training: Six 1-Hour Sessions

  • Two trainings per age group: We offer two dedicated trainings for each age group—infants, toddlers, and preschoolers—to make sure you get age-specific insights and strategies.

  • 1 hour each: Compact yet effective, these one-hour sessions are designed to be manageable time commitments that deliver maximum impact.

 

👀 Virtual Classroom Observations: Pre & Post

  • Six observations in total: Our experts will virtually visit your classroom before and after the training sessions to offer constructive feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

 

📞 Monthly Director Check-Ins: Four Sessions

  • Personalized coaching: These check-ins are an opportunity for directors to discuss any concerns, share updates, and receive targeted advice on how to make the most of the program and improve their center's performance.

 

📚 Course Inclusion: Staffing 101

  • All About Staffing: A crucial part of managing an educational center is knowing how to effectively staff it. Our Staffing 101 course will equip you with the tools you need to hire, manage, and retain an excellent team.

In-Person Teaching Training Program

🤝 On-Site Support: Eight 2-Hour Visits

  • Focused Coaching: Our experts will visit your educational center for two hours, eight times throughout the program. These visits aim to assess, guide, and support your teaching methods and classroom management.

 

👩‍🏫 Staff Training: Two 2-Hour Sessions

  • Comprehensive Learning: These in-person 2-hour training sessions are designed to provide your staff with the key skills and knowledge they need to excel.

  • Team Building: The training also serves as an excellent opportunity for staff to collaborate and learn from each other's experiences.

 

📞 Director Zoom Calls: Four Sessions

  • Spread Over 16 Weeks: Even though the training is in-person, we understand the importance of ongoing support. Directors will have four scheduled Zoom calls throughout the program for check-ins and further guidance.
