Assist your teachers in obtaining their Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification - group discounts are available.
Offer specialized training sessions for staff that contribute towards clock hours, enhancing their professional skills and compliance with state regulations.
Provide targeted training programs for directors, focusing on leadership and management skills, also eligible for clock hours to meet professional development requirements.

Receive 4 hours of in-person or virtual support in Category 2 - Positive Teacher Interaction.
I offer flexible staff training on positive teacher interactions, available during weeknights to fit your schedule. These sessions can be conducted in person or virtually, providing convenience and accessibility for all staff members.
Enhance your teaching practices with in-classroom modeling of positive teacher interactions. I will personally visit during school hours to demonstrate effective strategies, offering real-time examples and hands-on guidance to improve classroom dynamics.

CATEGORY 3 VIP DAY
Receive 4 hours of in-person or virtual support in Category 3 - Program Management.
I will compile and organize your inspection binder. Ensuring that all critical documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and arranged to meet regulatory standards. This service streamlines your preparation for inspection, ensuring you're confidently ready for review.
