IN-PERSON COACHING

This package is designed to be comprehensive and supportive, providing your child care program with the tools and expertise necessary to achieve and maintain a Texas Rising Star certification, thus enhancing the quality of care provided to the children.

  • 12-Month Course Access:

    • You will have access to a comprehensive course for an entire year, allowing you ample time to learn and implement new strategies at your own pace. This is ideal for ongoing professional development and ensures that staff can stay updated with the latest practices.

  • Texas Rising Star Audit Assistance (Categories 1-4):

    • Expert guidance is offered for meeting the standards of all four categories required by the Texas Rising Star program. This includes personalized help with the application process and tailored support to prepare for a successful mentorship experience within the program. Additionally, you will receive 16 weeks of coaching, providing you with the consistent support needed to improve and uphold quality standards.

  • In-Person Staff Training:

    • As a master registered trainer with Texas, I will conduct an interactive 2-hour workshop for your staff, designed to engage and equip them with practical skills and knowledge. This face-to-face training is a great opportunity for staff to ask questions and learn from real-life scenarios.

  • Indoor and Outdoor Environment Check:

    • An evaluation of your facility's indoor and outdoor environments will be conducted to ensure they meet the required standards for safety, learning, and play. This helps in creating a conducive learning environment for the children.

  • Assistance with TRS Binder, Family Resource Area, and Breastfeeding Area Setup:

    • You will receive assistance in organizing and setting up the essential TRS binder, which includes all necessary documentation and records. Additionally, help is provided in creating a welcoming family resource area and a comfortable breastfeeding area, both of which are key components for a family-friendly childcare setting.

  • Staff Training Plan Audits:

    • Your staff training plans will be thoroughly audited to ensure they are effective and compliant with required standards. This process helps in identifying areas for improvement and in maintaining high-quality training programs.

  • Paperwork Review Before Submission:

    • Before you submit any paperwork, it will be meticulously reviewed to ensure accuracy and completeness, reducing the likelihood of errors that could delay your certification process.

  • 10 Hours of On-Campus Support:

    • Lastly, you will be granted a total of 10 hours of on-campus support. During these sessions, you can expect hands-on assistance and the opportunity to address specific concerns or questions that arise in your day-to-day operations.
